#OOTD - White Coat Edition

Last week, we had the opportunity to practice some very important physical exams and do an OB delivery simulation - and It's been an amazing learning experience to say the least. One of the best things so far about my school is that we get so much hands on experience before we go out and basically do it on real patients! There were a lot of things I was nervous about for male and female pelvic exams, but after being able to practice and learn from amazing instructors, I feel more confident about when I actually have to do it for rotations. And UM, I can't wait to one day be able to deliver babies! Practicing on a robot pelvis and a robot baby is probably far from the real thing but HEY! It was great practice.

Anyway - here is a quick outfit of the day (or OOTD as they say) for when we have to dress up for clinical skills! The dress is from Loft, and shoes are from Target! I'm not really a heel fan when I have to go to these or when I go shadow, because we're standing for a while sometimes. So i'm definitely in search of CUTE but COMFY heels. I'm all about style and comfort so that's what I try to go for too especially when we have to dress professionally.

So there you have it! Keep a look out for more posts like this as I share tips and tricks on how to look profesh with style.
